Technology, we believe hard work and commitment should be rewarded with

Scholars who successfully complete the program shall be gaurenteed a full time job!
At COT we do not believe that anything should be given for free. Like our founder paying it forward, our Scholars shall devote some part of their time and/or resources to paying it foward by contributing to one of COT's core missions.

This is not a passive program. This is an opportunity for warriors—men and women of faith, grit, and hunger—who are ready to serve with excellence, learn fast, and build real-world technology.
We train digital missionaries, not just interns.
🧠 Minimum Requirements:
✔️Strong English proficiency– written and spoken
✔️Active knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
✔️Basic video posting/editing skills preferred
✔️Reliable internet and device access
✔️Willingness to work, learn, and serve under Church mentorship
✔️High moral integrity and commitment to our mission
✍️ Application Process

Your personal background and story
A demonstration of financial or circumstantial need
What you hope to achieve if selected
Step 3: Interview Invitation
Top applicants will be invited to a live Zoom interview with our Church mentors.
This is your chance to show your heart, vision, and readiness.
Step 4: Skill Assessment Task
You will receive a simple real-world task to complete within 48 hours.
Tasks may include:
Creating a short video or AI-generated postWriting a prompt for ChatGPTCreating a basic automation or research project
All submissions are reviewed by our technical and mentorship team.
Step 5: Final Selection
Accepted scholars will receive:
A welcome packet
Initial training schedule
Access to stipend planning form
Assignment to a real sponsor or mission project!
