AI-Assisted Learning Program

Program Overview

This program addresses two distinct needs:

Donors - Busy corporate professionals (typically mid-level managers) who want to learn AI but lack time and direction. They can benefit from AI solutions for their routine tasks.Scholars - Hardworking individuals from developing countries seeking AI skills but constrained by financial demands. They need efficiency-focused education.

How It Works

Many professionals approach us for AI guidance that we can't provide individually due to time constraints. Our solution is this structured learning partnership that typically runs for 3 months—sufficient time to develop at least one AI-enabled website or product for the donor.

Learning AI is accessible and enjoyable, but most people simply need guidance to begin. Think of this program as providing donors with an executive assistant equipped with advanced AI capabilities. Our scholarship recipients receive full access to our software and premium subscriptions, enabling them to:

Complete accounting tasks efficientlySummarize meeting notesForm business entities (with donor authorization)

Value Proposition

Donors

gain access to industry leaders who can solve problems using our technology and oversight. Simultaneously, we gradually introduce automation into their workflows.

Scholars

receive weekly projects to implement automations and develop AI skills based on donor needs. We match scholars and donors based on mutual interests and capabilities. Many projects utilize our existing templates and systems, making implementation manageable for beginners while still delivering valuable results to donors.

Quality Assurance

As a scholarship program, there's flexibility for learning through trial and error. However, all deliverables are reviewed by human experts before release, ensuring mistakes remain within the learning environment. All work must meet COT's enterprise standards or donor-specified requirements.

Career Advancement

When scholars demonstrate sufficient competency, they advance to full technician status. At this point, we assist them in securing their own automation clients at significantly higher compensation rates.
